§ 2-7. Alcoholic beverages

  • No person under the influence of liquor or narcotic drugs shall operate any motor vehicle or aircraft of any type on the airport. The consumption of alcoholic beverages on airport property will be limited to those areas as designated by the director of airports for the sale and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages. These areas will include but not be limited to the cocktail lounges located in the terminals or any other areas of other airport property as designated by the director of airports, but will not include the general airport grounds. Any person found consuming alcoholic beverages in any area other than those designated areas will be guilty of a misdemeanor.
